Here's a Pimm's Cup with a little zing of ginger and lemon with fresh strawberry and cucumber as it all starts to bloom. Pinkies up with this refreshing, bright cup of sunshine. Instructions: Fill the jar with Pimms, vodka or gin. Refrigerate for 4 hours or up to 2-3 days for full flavor. Shake and strain. Serve over ice with 1-2 ounces of your favorite mixer. (Club soda is our favorite!) Makes 8-10 servings. Use within 1 year. Keep refrigerated. Alcohol not included.
